Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I downgrade or my subscription runs out?
Nothing gets deleted. If you end up over your new plan's animal limit, the extra animals are locked rather than removed and your animals stay accessible up to the limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual billing saves about 20% over monthly, which works out to roughly two and a half months free.
Can I subscribe on the web and use it in the app?
Yes. Your membership syncs across the Scutely web app and the iOS and Android apps automatically.
What happens to inactive accounts?
If an account goes unused for five years, it may be removed along with its data.
